Mayville, NY (December 2014) At its
recent Annual Meeting, the Chautauqua County Board of REALTORS® (CCBR) named Matthew
Wroda of Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate Services as its REALTOR® Associate of
the Year. The REALTOR® Associate of the
Year represents the business attitudes and personal traits a realtor should
hold. Nominees are from their peers. The Realtor of the Year is not determined
by total sales in the real estate market, but more from their involvement in
their local association and the community in which they live.
“I’m truly touched that my peers chose me
for this award,” said Wroda. “It took me
by complete surprise.
Wroda was presented by with the award at the annual
Installation diner by 2013 Recipient, and Howard Hanna Holt Lakewood Associate Broker Sandy Haines. During the
presentation Haines pointed out that Matthew, “Was the first in our board’s
history to receive the honor in their first year of membership.”
We’re proud to have a sales staff that includes five
REALTOR® or REALTOR® Associates of the Year, said Associate Broker/ Treasurer
Diana Holt, herself a former REALTOR® of the year. “We pride ourselves on recruiting, training,
and developing the best of the best, and it is tremendously rewarding when
others in the field recognize it.”
